Mrs. Costner is a product of ����app County Schools and is a proud graduate of Bessemer City High School.  She received degrees from ����app College, Belmont Abbey, and UNC-Charlotte.  She started working in ����app County Schools as a teacher assistant at Arlington Elementary and moved to teaching third grade at Sadler Elementary.  She also served as a Title I Literacy ����app at Bessemer City Central.  She recently served as an assistant principal at Ashbrook High School, Cherryville High School, and Sadler Elementary.
