Mrs. Kiser is a native of Belmont and a product of ����app County Schools. She attended Belmont Central as a child! She is a graduate of South Point High.  She received her degree in Elementary ����app from Western Carolina University and my Master’s Degree from Francis Marion University.  She received her degree in School Administration from Winthrop University. She has served 32 years in education in various roles. She has taught grades 1, 2, and 5 in both North and South Carolina. She also served as an Assistant Principal at Thornwell Elementary in Hartsville, South Carolina and as Early Childhood/Title I Coordinator in Chesterfield County School District Office prior to coming home to ����app County. Upon her return, she worked as an Assistant Principal at Rankin Elementary and South Point High School. Following this experience, she served as Principal at Bessemer City Primary, Pinewood Elementary, Rankin Elementary, and Lowell Elementary. 

She currently resides in Belmont with her husband. They have four grown children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
